My order has arrived damaged/faulty?


Please accept our apologies for receiving your parcel damaged/faulty.

In order for us to rectify the problem, please send us photos of the damaged product to info@cocoboocosmetics.com with your order reference number.




How does the UK delivery service work?


We use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them, please not all orders must be placed before 3pm.

  • Signed For First Class Delivery
  • Signed For Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm next day

My order has not been delivered when expected?


All orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Friday to enable our 1st class delivery service. If you placed your order within this period and still did not receive your parcel, please get in touch at info@cocoboocosmetics.com with your order reference number.




How do you qualify/receive exclusive perks and promo codes?


Exclusive perks & discount codes are frequently available at COCOBOO so you can shop your favourite styles for less, simply enter your code at the checkout. If you would like to receive exclusive perks & discount codes, please feel free to subscribe to our email for the latest offers.




Do the strip lashes come with glue?


Because of our competitive prices on our strip lashes they do not include glue (adhesive) however if you buy 5 or more we will include a FREE glue, alternatively you can purchase glue sepertaly if you wish.
